Elden passed away peacefully at the Beausejour Hospital on Saturday, May 26, at the age of 84.

Born in Morden together with his twin brother Alder Loeppky, Elden is predeceased by his parents Tina and David, his loving wife of 52 years Vera (nee Reimer), his twin brother Alder Loeppky, son Richard David Loeppky, and brother Norman who died in infancy.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Susan Loeppky, son Ronald Peter Loeppky (Marge Frykas), grandson Jonathan (Dana), sister Irma (Jamie) MacDonald of Nova Scotia, and brother Ken Loeppky (Stephanie Collins) of B.C.  He also leaves to cherish his memory sister in-law Joan Dueck of Saskatoon, SK and special friends Lou and Gail, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Elden had 35 years of service with Manitoba Hydro.

Thank you to Dr. Khan and the staff at the Beausejour Hospital for their care and compassion.

A Graveside Service was held at the Altona Cemetery on Wednesday, June 13 at 3:00 p.m.   A light lunch followed in the Common Room at Pine View Manor, #15 1st Street S.W. in Altona.
