Dad passed away, with his son Greg at his side, at the Beausejour Hospital after a hard-fought 4-month illness.

He will be deeply missed by his children Greg (Barb), Gwen (John), Kim (Darrin) and Joanne (Sean), grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dad was predeceased by his parents, his only brother and by his wife Eleanor in 2012 as well as many friends.

Dad worked at McArthur Falls in 1954 where John Naaykens asked him to work for him. This began his 45 year career driving Milk Truck from 1955-2000. He also farmed at the same time.

He lived at his own residence till February 2026 when he became ill and went to hospital.

Cremation has taken place. As per Harvey’s wishes, no formal service will be held.
