Irene Elfriede Brueggemann
November 5, 1938 — March 12, 2026
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Irene Brueggemann on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Beausejour Hospital, at the age of 87.
She is survived by her loving husband, Heinz of 30 years; her children Peter (Lorraine), Connie (Lisa), Peggy (Mark), Jerome (Patricia) and Billy (Crystal); her 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and her sisters Ursula and Ilsa.
Irene was in the hospitality business for most of her working life. She spent her winter retirement years, with Heinz, in Texas.
As per Irene’s wishes, no service will be held.
