Betty passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home.
Betty is survived by her daughter Lynda (Fred); grandson Allan (Vicki) and great-grandchildren Josh and Jocelyn; granddaughter Sharon (Phil) and great-grandchildren Emily and Evan. She also leaves many much-loved nieces, nephews and friends.
Betty was born in Fannystelle, MB and was raised in Niverville. Upon finishing school, she taught for a year just outside Neepawa. She then spent 22 years in the insurance business and 12 years at Winnipeg School Division #1.
Cremation has taken place and her funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7 at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Ave. E., Beausejour, MB.
