It is with sadness the family of Dorothy Mitchell announce her peaceful passing on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Those missing her dearly are her sister Jackie Evans; brother Harold Newis; sons, James and Greg (Michelle) Mitchell; daughter Cheryl (Sergio) Bergantim and grandchildren, Abby, Paige, Faith and Kyle.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Don Mitchell and parents, Jack and Ethel Newis.
In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a future date.
Donations in honour of Dorothy can be made to the Beausejour Hospital TV Fund, PO Box 1614, Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0.
