Camille Marcel Curé

October 25, 1966 — September 24, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Camille (Keek) Curé with his family by his side on September 24, 2025.

Keek was born October 25, 1966, to Camille and Vivian Curé. He spent most of his life living on Northshore Road. He married the love of his life, Audrey Garand on August 12, 1995. They shared four beautiful children, Kelly (Jim), Courtney (Bryton), Allie (Dhru), and Kyle (Sarah), three foster children Keegan, Kane, and Kaydince whom he loved beyond measure, and his precious grandchildren Harper, Dhruvan, and baby girl on the way. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, his mother Vivian, brothers Gord (Diane), Collin (Kara), Ryan, Jordan, Justin, his sister Brigitte (Lorne), mother-in-law Jeanette, in-laws Raymond, Guy (Pam), Doug (Sharon), Sandi, Gail, Tim (Becky), and numerous nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his father Camille, father-in-law Marcel, sister-in-law Valerie, and brother-in-law Norman.

Keek spent much of his life doing what he loved, mechanical repair. He could fix everything and anything, and even if didn’t have the tool he would build it.

Keek lived a life marked by intelligence, generosity, and warmth. He was known for his sharp mind, quick wit, and the kindness he exhibited to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Always giving of himself, Keek found joy in lifting others up whether through his humour, his wisdom, or his selfless acts of kindness. He will be deeply missed.

The family would like to extend their thanks to all the staff at HSC for their kind and compassionate care.

A memorial service is planned for Monday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour. A private family internment will be held at a later date.
