It is with great sorrow that I have to share the death of my uncle Edward Nowicki! He passed away today around four o'clock and was just forty two days short of his one hundredth birthday! Edward was a very kind, gentle, and giving man! He made many personal sacrifices to take care of his mother and younger siblings when his father passed away in 1954! But before that, and until his passing he gave generously to many, many, people and causes!
Having spent just about every day for the last five or six years, I have learned so much about my family and it's history, the history of Canada and the world that he lived through and the things he witnessed! He was a firm denier of the climate change lies, because he saw so many drastic weather swings! His favorite was asking, "well then, explain what caused the many climate swings in the past? The dirty thirties was his favorite moment to point to because they couldn't blame bison, cattle, or cars! He was partly responsible for more than half of the buildings in downtown Winnipeg being built and creating the foundations on which they were built!
He will be greatly missed by myself and anyone left alive whose lives he touched!
