Our Dear Sister passed away in Steinbach, Manitoba on March 31, 2026.
Helen was born in Green Oak, Manitoba on May 27th, 1946.
Helen was predeceased by her parents Julius & Maria Reske; brothers Rheinhold, Rudolf, Emil, Adolf, Fred, Harry, Willie, and sisters Anne and Marge.
Helen was the youngest of 13 children.
She will be missed by her sister Esther Rattai; brothers Henry (Doreen), Edward (Alla) and sisters-in-law Dorothy Reske and Norma Reske and also many nieces and nephews.
A very special thank-you with our greatest appreciation to Helen’s caregiver, Pat Harder and family. They truly provided Helen with wonderful care and much love over all the years Helen was with them.
We will remember Helen for her beautiful smile and hugs she loved to share with all of us.
It was all she had to give and she gave all she had.
A private family service will be held, and she will be interned beside her parents at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Beausejour, MB.
