Mr. John Chopek, aged 86 years, formerly of Selkirk, MB, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, MB.

John was predeceased by his loving wife Rose in 1997. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

John served in the Army and was a member of the Selkirk Legion.

A private graveside service was held in the spring of 2012.
