Julia Szewczyk
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our sister and aunt, Julia Szewczyk, at St. Boniface Hospital, on Monday, December 23, 2019, after a lengthy illness.
She is survived by her sister Dianne (Larry) Holgate, niece Tamara (Mathew) Best, nephew Corey (Jessie) Holgate and their son Seth, as well as longtime friend Mary Baranowski.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jozef and Janina Szewczyk.
The family would like to thank Dr. Williams and the staff at Pinawa Hospital for all the care. Thank you also to the nurses, health care aides, home care workers in Lac du Bonnet, as well as the ACCU at St. Boniface for all their special care.
As per Julia’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
