Neil Russell Morgan

It is with great sadness we announce the loss of our beloved husband, father and papa, Neil. He lost his battle with ALS on Thursday, July 12, 2024 at 5:30 am at his residence, with his family by his side.

 He leaves to mourn his wife of 46 years, Anna; daughters, Melissa (Shane) and Jamie (Jim); grandchildren, Masyn, Sadie, Brooklynn and Lilirose (aka Rosie); sister Linda (Paul); brother Clive; nephew and best friend, Myles (Pricilla). Neil was predeceased by his father Leslie; mother Joan; brother Glenn; father-in-law Benny; brother-in-law Leonard and life-long friends, Garry and Dennis (Iris). 

Neil enjoyed being outdoors. He loved to fish, hunt, trap, smoke fish and especially enjoyed the company of family, friends and his grandkids, and if you really knew him, he loved watching hockey and football while having a nice cold beer.  

The family would like to give special thanks to Dianna from ALS Society, Dr. Ali, Palliative Care Nurse Laura, Dr. Puff, Home Care Cindy, nurses, Janice, Jill and Lisa and a very special thank you to his favorite health care aide, Stacy Peacock, sister-in-law Margaret, niece Cora (Jason), family friends, Melvin and Annette Vincent, Oliva Groppi and special friend of 63 years Kathy Oakes. Special thank you to Soberings for your gentle and compassionate care.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Great Falls Community Hall, 119 Carter Crescent, Great Falls, MB.
