Rocky Wayne Ducharme

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rocky Wayne Ducharme, who passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 69.

Rocky was predeceased by his parents and his sisters Sharon, Wanda, and Connie. He leaves behind his children Kirk, Myles, and Meaghan, and his beloved grandchildren Zizza, Jayden, Mikayla, Caleb, Danica, Brystol, Archer, and Memphis, and Dominic—who held a particularly special place in his heart, having spent every day of their lives together. He is also mourned by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends who loved him deeply and were loved by him in return.

To know Rocky was to know a man with a big heart. He was kind, open-minded, and someone you could talk to about anything without fear of judgment. His warmth and willingness to listen left a lasting impact on those lucky enough to call him family or friend.

Rocky had a deep love for music and was rarely seen without his guitar in hand. He was a proud and talented carpenter—a true handyman who could fix almost anything and always had an answer for any question. His skills, sense of humor, and quiet wisdom will be dearly missed.

A private viewing will be held at Sobering Funeral Chapel in Beausejour, Manitoba. Further details on a celebration of life will be shared with family and friends.
