William (Bill) George Mcclain

May 20, 1937 ~ June 3, 2019

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of William (Bill) George McClain on Monday, June 3, 2019, after a short, courageous battle with cancer.

Bill is survived by his wife Barb, of 58 years, two sons: Doug (Joanne) and grandsons, Dave and John; and Bruce (Shelley) and granddaughters, Kyra, Tyla and Jaylene.  He is also survived by one brother Rod; two sisters-in-law, Lois and Sue (Rod); numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.

A warm Thank You to doctors, nurses, and palliative care at Beausejour Hospital.  Also a huge thank you to the many members of the church group for rides, meals and company.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beausejour Community Church, 748 Park Ave., Beausejour, MB.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to CancerCare Manitoba and the Beausejour Hospital TV Fund.
