Peter Friesen, aged 72, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 26, 2011 at home in Lac du Bonnet, MB.
Peter is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 41 years, Violet, sons Wayne (Lorrain) and Brian (Birgit); step-children Roy (Melanie), Lynda (James), and Joan; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren,3 brothers, 4 sisters, numerous half siblings, nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his parents, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Funeral Service was held at Lac du Bonnet Legion Hall on Thursday, October 6 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing beginning at 1:00 p.m.
