November 16, 1931 to January 13, 2010

With regrets I leave behind my mother Katherine and my wife Joanne. I had a wonderful life blessed by my sons Craig, Grant and Ben; daughter in-law Diana and grandchildren Mike, Dale, Kevin and Kathryn.

I enjoyed meeting all you wonderful people and you all added much to my life and I hope that I added to yours.

At my request there will be no funeral.

“A moment of rest upon the wind
And another woman shall bear me.”
