It is with profound sorrow we announce the passing of our mother Claudette Marie Houston on December 10, 2021, at Sunnywood Manor.
Predeceased by her parents, Romaine and Rosanna Berthelette, brother Pat Berthelette, husband Clifford Houston, and son Jason Houston.
Survived by sons, Allan (Barbara), Edgar (Diana-lynn), Raymond (Tracy), and Clifford (Diane). Mom will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters, Joe (Elsie), Irene, Delores, Ralph (Wanda), Wilfred, and sister-in-law Louise, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and long-time friends.
Claudette married Clifford on February 9, 1957. They enjoyed 55 years of marriage. Claudette enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family, baking, cooking, knitting and fishing. Mom was also an active member of the Catholic Church.
We would like to thank the staff and her doctor at Sunnywood Manor for taking such good care of our mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
Burial services to be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Notre Dame du Laus Cemetery. Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
