It is with great sadness the family of Julius Endler announces his passing on the morning of January 3, 2014 at the Beausejour Hospital. Julius was born on April 14, 1926 in Fasova-Rudnya, Russia to William and Alvina Endler, one of 10 siblings. Julius was predeceased by his parents, 2 infant brothers, brother Walter, sister Mary, and brothers-in-law Richard Loeb, Joe Kula, and Ervin Bachman. Julius is survived by his loving wife Helen of 63 years, Glen (Janice), Sandra Earle (Geoffrey), Marvin (Lorraine), grandchildren Carmen, Keith, Kimberley and Bradley, brother Henry (Evlin) of Shelby, Montana, Harvey (Doreen), sisters Elsie Loeb, Ruth Kula, Edith Bachman of Beausejour, brother-in-law Ed Fiebelkorn of Middlechurch and numerous nieces and nephews.

Julius immigrated to Canada in 1927 with his family and settled in Whitemouth, MB. He worked with his father in the bush and on the Seven Sisters Dam. He married Helen Loeb of Lydiatt in 1950. They spent their life farming until they retired in 1999 and moved to Beausejour.  Julius was active as a school secretary-treasurer and a member of the church choir and council.

The family would like to thank the Beausejour Hospital staff and Pastors Bart Coleman and Don Reimer for their care and compassion during Julius’s illness.
